Customers receive a detailed report with recommendations on energy-saving measures, such as upgrading appliances or enhancing insulation, which can significantly reduce energy bills.
In addition to personalized advice, the program may also provide free installation of basic energy-saving items like LED bulbs and faucet aerators, aimed at delivering immediate cost savings.
